Terms & conditions

These terms are between you and Thing To Do LLC ("we"). By creating an account, spinning, adding a listing, or putting a card on file, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. This is not legal advice.

The service

Thing To Do LLC randomly selects one participating business that matches the zip or address, radius, and category you chose (or every category, if you tap Surprise me). We do not promise a particular outcome, a complete directory, or that a place is open when you arrive.

Accounts

You need an account to spin, buy extra spins, claim a listing, or earn an extra spin for adding a missing place. You must be 13 or older. We ask for a date of birth and hide age-restricted types (bars and clubs 21+, casinos 21+, spas 18+) from your wheel. Keep your login to yourself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the wheel, submit fake businesses, or attempt to scrape the directory.

Spins

• One free spin per account each day, renewing at midnight in your time zone.
• Extra packs: $1.50 for 1 spin, $3.00 for 3, $5.00 for 10.
• Adding a legitimate missing business (new, geocoded, real email) credits one extra spin, up to five per day. Duplicates and placeholder names do not count.
• Unused extra spins stay on the account. Used spins are not refunded.

Business listings

• New listings are participating for 30 days at no charge.
• A card added during those 30 days is not charged until the free days end. After that, $1.50 per month or $12.00 per year. No card, no listing on the wheel.
• You must have the right to submit or claim a listing. Do not add a competitor's inbox as a prank.
• We may edit, recategorize, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, duplicate, or outside foot-traffic use.

Intellectual property

The Thing To Do LLC name, wheel, and interface are ours. Public map data remains subject to its own licenses (including OpenStreetMap). You keep the rights to copy you submit about your business; you grant us a license to show it on the wheel and in listing mail.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed reservations, bad food, closed doors, incomplete map data, or a spin you did not like. Paid amounts are limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim, except where the law says we cannot limit that.
